Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains how payments, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for purchases from Rejuvyx Health, LLC ("we," "us"). It's part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and Automatic Renewal
We offer:
- Rejuvyx memberships, billed monthly or yearly.
- Medication plans, billed monthly or paid upfront for a quarterly or yearly term.
Each plan is charged at or shortly before the start of its billing period for that full period.
Your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, as you chose at checkout), and your payment method will be charged at the price and frequency disclosed to you until you cancel.
A price shown as a monthly equivalent doesn't mean you'll be billed monthly. The amount charged and billing schedule are shown at checkout.
To help avoid interruptions in treatment, medication fulfillment or pharmacy processing may begin before your current supply runs out, and your renewal charge may be processed at that time. Your next renewal date is shown in your account.
For quarterly and yearly plans, we'll send you a reminder at least 15 and no more than 45 days before your plan renews, with the renewal date, amount, and how to cancel. We'll also send an annual reminder for any plan you've been on for a year or more, where required by law.
If we change the price of your plan, we'll notify you in advance as required by applicable law, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
Buying a membership or plan doesn't guarantee its continued availability or price.
Canceling a plan with us doesn't automatically cancel a separate agreement you may have with a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or other third party, unless we tell you otherwise.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your plan at any time through the Rejuvyx app, your online account, our Customer Help Center, by phone, or by emailing support@rejuvyxhealth.com. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future renewals. To avoid being charged for your next renewal or shipment, cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date shown in your account.
Payments already made aren't refundable for partial billing periods except as required by law or expressly provided in this policy. For prepaid quarterly or yearly plans, cancellation during the prepaid term stops the next renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current term.
If your healthcare provider determines that a treatment is no longer appropriate for you, future treatment and medication fulfillment will be handled in accordance with the provider's clinical determination. Any refund eligibility will be determined under this policy based on the services and products already provided, prescribed, processed, or fulfilled.
3. Refunds
Except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in this policy, payments are non-refundable.
Memberships
We offer two memberships, each separate from any prescription or treatment you purchase:
- Access (billed yearly) provides access to the patient portal, Rejuvyx member pricing on available products and treatments, and use of the Services.
- Care+ (billed monthly) includes Access benefits plus Care+ coaching and support services, as described at enrollment.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, and aren't refunded because you aren't eligible for, or decide not to pursue, a particular treatment. You can cancel your membership at any time under Section 2.
Membership review if you're declined
If you bought a membership at the same time as a treatment, your provider determines you aren't eligible for that treatment before any medication is prescribed, and you haven't used your membership to order any other product or treatment, you may ask us to review your membership fee by emailing support@rejuvyxhealth.com within 7 days of the provider's decision. We'll consider these requests in good faith and may cancel your membership and refund all or part of the membership fee. Section 6 applies to any refund we provide.
Consultation and Provider Review Fees
Consultation and provider review fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been scheduled, a provider review has begun, or services have otherwise been initiated, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in this policy. These fees remain non-refundable if you do not qualify for treatment, are not prescribed medication, or miss a scheduled appointment. If a consultation cannot be provided due to circumstances within our control or that of the applicable provider, we will review refund eligibility in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Treatment Plans
If an independent healthcare provider determines that you are medically ineligible for a treatment you purchased, we will cancel that treatment and refund amounts paid for that treatment or medication that have not been provided or fulfilled, less any applicable charges for services already performed or orders lawfully processed, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Labs
Lab testing fees are governed by Section 5.
Completing an intake form, meeting screening criteria, or paying for a consultation doesn't guarantee that you'll qualify for treatment or receive a prescription. Those decisions are made solely by the independent healthcare provider based on their clinical judgment.
4. Prescription Medications
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications and other dispensed health products generally cannot be returned or restocked after they have been dispensed or shipped.
Medication charges are non-refundable once the applicable prescription has been processed for fulfillment by the pharmacy, except as required by law or otherwise provided in this policy. This includes situations where you later change your mind, decide not to begin or continue treatment, or cancel your membership. If an automatic renewal charge is processed after you cancel in accordance with Section 2, we will correct or refund that charge as required by applicable law. If an associated medication order has already entered pharmacy processing or fulfillment, we will coordinate with the pharmacy to determine whether the order can be stopped and address any applicable refund or fulfillment obligations under this policy and applicable law.
Except as provided under Lost or Damaged Shipments below, delays caused by pharmacies, shipping carriers, weather, inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically create a right to a refund for medication that has already been processed or fulfilled.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, or treatment cannot proceed, refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and on what services or products have already been provided, prescribed, processed, dispensed, or fulfilled.
If treatment cannot proceed because you have not completed required steps, such as identity verification, lab work, medical information, or other requirements established by your healthcare provider, refund eligibility will depend on what services or products have already been provided or fulfilled.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your medication is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives in a condition that may affect its safety or effectiveness, contact us at support@rejuvyxhealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Don't use medication you believe is compromised. We'll work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, a refund for the affected medication.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The time required for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Lab Testing
Lab test kits and laboratory services are provided by independent laboratories. Lab testing charges are non-refundable once a lab order or test kit has been processed for fulfillment, except as required by applicable law.
If you fail to complete required lab testing, do not use a test kit, or decide not to continue treatment after a lab order has been processed, you are not entitled to a refund for the lab testing or test kit.
If a lab order cannot be fulfilled, contact us at support@rejuvyxhealth.com so we can review the circumstances and determine whether a replacement, credit, or refund is appropriate.
6. Billing, Order, and Goodwill Exceptions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, or if an order or paid service cannot be fulfilled, contact us at support@rejuvyxhealth.com. We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate or required by law, correct the charge or issue a refund.
Any refund or accommodation we provide in one situation doesn't change this policy or obligate us to do the same in another.
